How to shop at the Webstore

At the Geek Culture® Webstore, we’re making it as easy and secure as possible for you to order geeky stuff. Our online ordering system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that you can order anytime!.

Once you’ve located the item you would like to order, simply select any size options and/or enter any other information, then click on the Order button. You will then be taken to your shopping cart.

If you need to change quantities of items or remove an item, just enter the new quantity , then click the appropriate button to update your cart.

To continue shopping after placing an item into your cart, click on the Return to shopping button.

If you want to view your cart at any time, or if you’re finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click View cart.

When you are ready to check out, choose your method of shipping from the pop-up menu.

Then choose your method of payment.



If you have any coupons or have a special offer code, please enter it in the field, then press enter .

You are now ready to move to the next page, where you will enter your shipping information.

Fill out any shipping information. Please include your email and telephone number, in case we need to contact you about your order.

Include any additional ordering instructions or comments in the "Special shipping instructions" text box. If the product is being shipped as a gift, you may include a personal message here and we will include it with the item. If the billing address and information be the same as your shipping address and information, select the appropriate radio button.

Select Proceed to secure Checkout to go to the Secure Order page. Please review your information, making sure your address is correct. Then click on the button.

Enter your credit card information, then click . Your credit card will be automatically confirmed and approved as you wait. Normally this takes about 30 seconds.


After your card is approved, you will then be taken your receipt. You may print this out if you wish.
Important: Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the receipt, then click on the link "Continue to Geek Culture". This will insure that your order is completed, and that you are automatically e-mailed receipts, and any downloading instructions and passwords.

That’s it, you're done! You will receive two e-mail confirmations of your order. If you've ordered downloadable software, the email from orders@geekculture.com will contain directions for downloading.

To purchase with such a gift certificate, select that option from the payment methods, then fill out the required information, including the 16 digit certificate number and the expiry date. Once we have received your order, we will verify the certificate, then send you an additional email confirming your order.

About Shopping

Choose the shipping method you prefer from the shipping pop-up menu. Downloadable software or emailed products have no shipping charges. We ship all orders via Canada Post, or Canada Post Air Mail, or Canada Post Registered Air Mail.
For products shipped via air mail, expect delivery with 10 business days, however due to circumstances beyond our control, some packages may take longer. This is usually not the case though, and by far, most orders are received within 10 business days or sooner. Being geeks ourselves, we know what it's like waiting for a parcel after ordering it from the Internet, so we do our best to make sure orders are shipped ASAP!
International orders may require additional shipping charges, especially those to Asia or Africa. We will e-mail the cost of any additional charges for your approval before we ship, if this is the case.

About payment methods

The Geek Culture® Webstore securely accepts the following payment methods:

All price listed are in US dollars.

If you are mailing in your order, you may also pay by cheque, certified cheque, or money order, (we do not recommend sending cash in the mail!) If paying by personal cheque, we will have to wait for the cheque to clear before shipping any items.

Guarantees, Returns, and Exchanges
Customer guarantee:
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any item (excluding software products) for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges and any gift wrapping charges. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in: T-shirts and caps should not have been worn or washed.

Return policy:
Detailed return information and procedures are provided in your shipment package. Please fill out this form and include it with any returned merchandise. Including this form will allow us to process your return more rapidly and will reduce the possibility of error. If this form has been misplaced, please include a sheet of paper with the return, detailing the buyer's name, address, email, and phone number, the Order Number (sent to you by email when product was ordered), and the reason for the return. Unfortunately, we can not refund custom screen savers, screen savers, or other software products.

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange the item, send the item back to us for a refund, and include details of your exchange requirements, keeping in mind that all shipping charges are your responsibility.

Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the items purchased.
